Items that have been purchased from us can be returned according to the following policy.
When you buy, you should choose carefully. You don't automatically get a refund or credit for simply changing your mind, unless we agree to this.
You are entitled to choose a refund OR exchange OR credit if the products you've bought are faulty or significantly different to those shown or described to you
Unless your goods are damaged or faulty, any refund will be the purchase price only. If goods are damaged or faulty, we will also refund your reasonable costs of returning the goods to us. Please note that we will need to receive the damaged or faulty goods before replacing them.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. Your Invoice Number and Billing Name must appear on the Return/Exchange Form if you are returning goods to us. If you no longer have a copy of your invoice or Return/Exchange Form and wish to obtain one, please request one by emailing us at info (at) mrhole dot com.au.
